Taimanin Asagi: Battle Arena may be going away soon due to circumstances. What do we do? When it came to Osawari Island and that games shut down, it was the community that had to find a way to preserve their waifus and sex scenes. However, there was in idea that Lilith wanted to consider. That idea was to get a hold of the all the waifus and scenes and archive it in a collection where players can collect and enjoy with no need to level up and a more generous gacha system. As a result, you have Taimanin Collection: Asagi Battle Arena. You will be able to find this game on Steam if you have figured out the account preferences. It is absolutely free and you don't need to worry about stamina or a full card inventory.
When it comes to the gameplay, you play three mini games and collect jewels or either spend real money or log-in farm red rubies for the Gacha. The three mini games you will be playing will be: Match Up, Bridge Race, and Jigsaw Puzzle. Get cards to be added to your collection, head to the gallery, enjoy all the already unlocked sex scenes and 2nd variations with no hassle. There is a catch. The sex scenes and the character lines will not be subtitled or even translated like the menus. Sex scenes and character voices will be strictly Japanese. If you master the Japanese language, you will barely be affected. Otherwise, you will probably consider looking to other community members for translations. Another catch is that one mini game has a slight glitch and another one is even less rewarding. Issues with the mini games will be touched on later in the article. Any card you collect, the second variations of the specific card will show up when it comes to Match-Up and Jigsaw Puzzle which is a neat little thing implemented.
Let's talk about the Match-Up. It is essentially memory. You are given a set of cards flipped on their faces. The goal make the matches and clear up the board. You are given five tries per card. When a card's five tries get used up, the card can no longer be selected. You are given a time limit as well. You can score more points by getting a lucky guess bonus by matching a pair of cards in one try. Gold colored cards are dead giveaways showing you an easy match-up. Two power-ups are a time extension and a hint point to the auto solve mechanic. The auto solve mechanic makes the match ups for you and you are given a limited number of uses. Two ways to get a game over is when you can no longer select a remaining card with no uses to the auto match up or the timer runs out. Simplistic game of memory. One issue as mentioned, there seems to that slight glitch where you are having a hard time selecting the card due to the selection being unresponsive. Worst case scenerio, I had to use up one point from the auto match mechanic to fix it. With that one issue pointed out. How far can you go and how fast can you go how far you can go?
Bridge Race is okay. You play as a main heroine riding a motorcycle across a bridge. How fast can you make it across the bridge? You are given three lives. Also, you must avoid obstacles and running into one slows you down and costs you a life. You can also collect coins for extra points. There are two power ups: one being a magnet that makes the coins come to you and the speed boost that makes go faster and invincible. You gotta maneuver along with the speed of the bike while managing the timing of your maneuvers. Otherwise you can too fast then turn left or right into an obstacle accidentally. The bridge race seems fun but it becomes pointless because you don't make much points that get you jewels.
Jigsaw Puzzle is simple. You are given pieces. How fast can you piece together two whole images. Easy mode makes you lesser points as Hard mode can get you 20 jewels and you are done for the day. It is really simple and there are no game overs or penalties. Just break your own record. Even though you don't, you still get rewarded greatly.
As you score high in mini games you level yourself up and you add to your daily points gauge. The daily points gauge limits you to 1000 as you get 10 jewels for every 500 points scored. You can reset half of the gauge with 2 rubies. The rubies you can get by farming log-in bonuses or spending real money. When it comes to the gacha. 100 jewels will let you draw 10 cards in the Normal gacha. 100 rubies will get you 10 cards guaranteeing you a SR or above in the Premium gacha. If you draw the same card you already got, you get mileage points. Getting 1000 mileage points will get you strictly cards you never have in your collection. One thing to note is that you get 10 extra Jewels per 5 level-ups. Log-in farming and playing the game (especially clearing a jigsaw game in hard) will get you plenty jewels and a 20 rubies a week as the game is really generous for those resources for the Gacha.
The collection of cards you obtained is as already said. Everything about the card is already unlocked with no need for leveling. You get the cards second variation, voices, and scenes already unlocked for you. Just highlight the card to see that second variation. Like in Battle Arena, the sex scenes are given variations but no animation and the scenes are still voiced. Everything you liked in the detailed scenes in Battle Arena are archived right here for you to enjoy.
Taimanin Collection is a game that acts as an archival for Taimanin Asagi: Battle Arena. That said, if something were to happen to Battle Arena, the collection is there. Just relax and play match-up or solve jigsaw puzzles and unlock away. The best Lilith can do to make sure time remembers all the fun times with the waifus of the Battle Arena.
